webgoex Terms of Use

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This draft is product copy and not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The project owner must complete legal review before a public Mainnet launch.

1. Acceptance

By using webgoex, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Product Description

webgoex provides an interface for connecting and verifying a compatible self-custodial wallet, creating a non-transferable application participation record, optionally submitting a 0.01 BOT Boost transaction, reading configured contract state, and opening public verification links.

webgoex is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, compute provider, model provider, or guaranteed AI marketplace.

3. Self-Custody

You are responsible for your wallet, keys, device, account security, messages, transactions, and backups.

webgoex does not hold or recover private keys and cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

4. Verification Signature

Claiming the base 100 Points requires a readable wallet-control signature.

The signature is intended to prove wallet control and does not itself send BOT or authorize a token approval. You must confirm the domain, wallet, network, purpose, nonce, and expiration before signing.

A valid signature does not prove legal identity, uniqueness of a human, age, residence, reputation, creditworthiness, or ownership of external accounts.

5. Optional Boost Transaction

The Boost sends exactly 0.01 BOT through the configured contract flow, plus network gas.

Before confirming, review:

  • wallet account;
  • network;
  • contract address;
  • function;
  • treasury;
  • BOT value;
  • estimated gas;
  • expected Points result.

The Boost is optional. It is not a deposit, stake, investment, token purchase, yield product, or promise of return.

6. Webgoex Points

The base 100 Points are application records created after wallet verification. A successfully reconciled Boost adds 100 for a maximum total of 200.

Points are not money, tokens, securities, equity, debt, ownership, governance rights, revenue rights, or claims on assets. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no cash value.

7. No Token or Airdrop Promise

webgoex has not promised a token or airdrop.

Points do not guarantee eligibility, snapshot status, allocation, conversion ratio, vesting, reward date, utility, value, or financial return. Do not submit a Boost based on an expectation of future financial benefit.

8. AI and Compute Boundaries

The foundation release does not provide live model inference, compute rental, node income, decentralized training, workload routing, or verified AI execution unless a specific feature is demonstrably available and separately documented.

Roadmap statements are exploratory and may change.

9. Transactions and Reconciliation

Blockchain transactions may be delayed, replaced, reverted, or irreversible after confirmation.

Points increase to 200 only after webgoex verifies the transaction, receipt, event, and contract state. A pending or invalid transaction does not create a right to additional Points.

10. Availability

Wallets, signatures, sessions, databases, RPC services, BOT Chain, Explorers, smart contracts, hosting providers, and internet services may fail, be delayed, be attacked, or become unavailable.

webgoex does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free availability.

11. No Advice

webgoex does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, regulatory, trading, cybersecurity, or professional AI advice.

12. Prohibited Use

Do not use webgoex to:

  • violate law;
  • interfere with the service;
  • distribute malware;
  • impersonate the project;
  • mislead users;
  • exploit vulnerabilities;
  • replay nonces or transactions;
  • forge wallet control;
  • manipulate Points;
  • evade access controls, sanctions, or legal restrictions;
  • submit another person's private keys or identity documents.

13. Third-Party Services

Wallets, WalletConnect, RPC providers, database providers, Vercel, BOT Chain Explorer, and linked websites are third-party services with separate terms and policies.

14. Risk Acceptance

You accept risks associated with signatures, phishing, sessions, databases, wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks, public addresses, irreversible transactions, changing fees, software defects, treasury configuration, regulatory change, and public transaction analysis.

15. Suspension and Changes

The project may pause the contract or service for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or infrastructure reasons. Product features and these Terms may change.

16. Contact

Display a contact email only after the project owner provides and verifies a real address.
